In ancient times, the Syriacs engaged in the ritual of consuming coffee beneath the night sky. They would gather among companions of wisdom and understanding, sharing profound interactions and exchanging ideas. These stimulating moments were enhanced by the simplicity of time, as they savored the aromatic essence of coffee accompanied by Anatolian desserts, fit for the royalty of bygone eras. In the Levant, contemplation and sharing of thoughts would continue until inspiration bloomed.
